Cleanpress Terms & Conditions

Our Services:

1. Cleanpress provides professional Fabric care and laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing of clothing.

2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete instructions of their special care clothing. Due to time constraints, Cleanpress does not read manufacturer suggested care and washing/drying labels. Therefore, we will not be responsible for garments labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only." Cleanpress will process garments based on standard procedures and will not be liable for any damage resulting from failure to adhere to manufacturer instructions.

3. Cleanpress reserves the right to decline any orders that are incompatible with the proper functioning of our laundry equipment or clothes with pre-existing damage.

4. We are not liable for color bleeding or transfer, especially when the color from one part of the garment transfers onto another part and shrinkage, or damage to embellishments during garment processing.

 

Order Processing and Delivery:

1. Orders can be placed through our Whatsapp bot/Website or by contacting our store executive during operating hours.

1. Cleanpress is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the article, including but not limited to money, jewelry, or any other belongings.

1. Cleanpress will make reasonable efforts to process orders in a prompt and timely manner and will be delivered in 48-60 hours.

2. Customers may choose to have their items delivered to their designated address or collect them from our facility during specified hours.

1. Cleanpress will not be responsible for the upkeep of garments if they are not collected within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date. It is essential to collect your garments promptly to avoid any potential damage or loss.

Pricing and Payment:

1. Pricing for our Services is detailed on our website and may vary based on factors such as the weight, type of garments, additional services requested, and delivery options.

2. Payment is due at the time of placing the order. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms.

3. All prices are exclusive taxes and any additional fees specified at the time of ordering.

 

Quality and Satisfaction:

1. Cleanpress takes utmost care in handling and processing laundry items. However, we do not assume liability for items that are damaged due to factors beyond our control or items with pre-existing damage.

2. If you discover any damage to your items upon receiving them, you must notify us within 5 days to discuss resolution options.

3. Re-processing requests can be made in case of any quality issue.

4. In the unfortunate event of damage or loss of the article, a credit equivalent to 10 times the order value will be extended to your account, offering the flexibility to adjust it in subsequent payments.

 

Cancellation and Refunds:

1. Customers may cancel their orders before processing begins. Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy, as stated on our website.

2. Once processing has started, cancellations will not be possible, and no refunds will be provided.

 

Privacy and Data Handling:

1. Cleanpress respects your privacy and takes appropriate measures to protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

 

Communication:

1. All communication will happen via SMS, WhatsApp or Call platform, So request you to check all the notifications.

 

Governing Law:

1. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hyderabad courts.

 

Modification of Terms:

1. Cleanpress reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Agreement will be posted on our website.

2. It is the responsibility of the Customer to review this Agreement periodically for any changes. Continued use of our Services after any modifications signifies acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
